Taroni
Taroni Euticchio
Monti di Carate
This vehicle was built specially to climb the steep road up the mountain near Carate. The biggest problems were driveshafts breaking and the clutch burning out again and again. The strain on this vehicle was enormous. Once the first Haflingers became available in Italy, the project was dropped.
At first the vehicle had a Fiat 500 engine fitted. In a second development phase a VW engine was installed and tracks were fitted to the middle wheels.
The vehicle stood in the garage for a long time and was eventually scrapped.
