The firm of the brothers Renato and Mario Seregni was founded in Saronno in 1953 as a general partnership, first in Via Ramazzotti, later in Via Novara. It built tape recorders, portable record players and car radios. At its peak Incis employed around 100 people and exported to England, France, South Africa and the Middle East, among other places.

How to tell the Pocket and Pocketronic apart
- Pocket (AE 621): three wavebands, long wave, medium wave and FM, selected with three buttons; manual tuning.
- Pocketronic: medium wave and FM only, dial with red indicator lights and automatic station search (Manual/Automatic and Start buttons).
Pocket AE 621
The Pocket AE 621 is a removable car radio for long wave, medium wave and FM, with 6 watts at 12 volts. It measures 90 × 90 × 40 mm and weighs 200 grams; it came with a mounting bracket and a carrying bag, and on request there was the HP 620 housing with loudspeaker for fitting under the dashboard. The circuit has three integrated circuits, one FET and six transistors. The unit shown was tested at the factory in April 1979.
Pocketronic
The Pocketronic receives medium wave and FM and finds stations by itself at the push of a button. It runs on 12 volts, measures 87 × 38 × 92 mm, weighs 0.38 kg and could also be used as a portable radio with a battery adapter.
